 Welcome! This is our temporary website whilst our main website is undergoing design and development. About us 'CS Design and Build Ltd.' was primarily established to supply high quality structural steelwork, staircases and balustrade for the smaller contract. With over 14 years experience providing structural steelwork, mezzanine floors and access solutions, we believe we are able to offer a modern adaptable approach, so important in today's market, whilst still being able to maintain the sometimes forgotton value of customer service, fundamental to this approach is our belief 'its all about the service'. Therefore our prime objective is to offer a consistant quality of product and service no matter how small or large, and with our dedicated teams of steel erectors we can supply our services thoughout the UK. Our Services and Capabilities - Mezzanine Floors - Survey, Design, Fabrication and installation with standard ancillary items - Staircases, handrail, access ladders, loading gates.

- Drawing Service - To complement your existing facilities, 3 D modelling in Advanced steel, X-Steel (Tekla) and AutoCAD 2010.
Fabrication  Our fabrication facilities enable us to offer fast, reliable and accurate fabrication. So whether its for a simple lintel or 50 tonnes of steel our commitment to you remains the same. With all fittings/plate material fabricated on site there is no need to outsource materials, cutting reliance on 3rd parties and the potential for delays and errors. All welders are tested & coded to BS. EN 288/287. With a large fully surfaced yard all fabricated and painted steel can be easily stored without risk of contaminants effecting the steel finish. Health & Safety  With experience in working with many Main Contractors we are fully aware and committed to ensuring that all our site operations take place in a responsible and safe manner to comply with current Health and Safety legislation and guidance. Our selection process ensures that all site operatives are experienced and competent for the work being carried out. All site operatives hold current and appropriate CSCS and CPCS cards. All works carried out are to agreed Methods of Work which are written specific to each contract. Management holds current 2 & 5 day ConstructionSkills SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme certificate)To complement this we are an accredited CHAS Contractor. Environment  We view our responsibility to the environment seriously. Therefore where possible local materials/services are used with all materials and products being responsibly sourced with full traceability. Our aim, wherever possible, is to use products which are less damaging to our environment, for example using water based steel surface treatments in place of oil based. |
