We will visit site and complete a full detailed survey of the required area(s) from which we will produce plan and elevation/section drawings based on the given parameters. Based on this full design calculations will be produced. This package can then be passed to the client to submit for Building Regulations or we can obtain approval via our approved inspectors on your behalf.
Most floors will be managed onsite by our working foreman who will liase with the client and or our office as required. However larger projects will be overseen by a contracts manager for the duration of our work on site. All contracts and site managers hold Supervisor & Management CSCS cards and 5 day SMSTS certificates.
Retail/Showroom (structure and ancillaries only)
Dependant on the environment mezzanine floors can be subject to harsh treatment resulting in damaged decking, buckled joists and sometimes damaged columns and main beams. We can carry out condition surveys to advise on and carry out any necessary remedial works to bring the floor back up to specification.
